Portraits - Details and Pricing:

Scheduling:
​We are available seven days a week. Our preference is schedule portraits five business days in advance, if possible. However, we will respond to any request and do our best to make it work.

A $100.00 deposit is required to confirm an appointment. To book one, please email us at: info@light11b.com

Pre-session consultation:
​Whenever possible we like to have a brief phone conversation with you at least few days in advance of your sitting. That affords you time should you want to prepare anything prior to our shoot. For example, getting something from your wardrobe you are plan to wear cleaned and pressed. Overall, our consultation together should take 20 minutes or less to complete.

Session time - duration:
​The actual duration of a portrait can vary.

On the one hand, we can set-up in advance and then capture a distinctive image of a busy CEO in ten minutes or less. On the other hand, photographing a family inclusive of individual shots of their small children might require a half hour or more to complete.

In any case, our standard rate includes up to  1 1/2 hours in-studio which allows for at least one wardrobe change, if desired. We have a private dressing room available for this as well as a movable full-length mirror.

In-studio and local environment portrait pricing:
​The cost for our standard in-studio portrait session starts at $450 including:

  • Pre-session phone consultation
  • Up to 1 1/2 hours of in-studio photography
  • Three (3) print-ready master image files together with three (3) matching web/social media-ready copies suitable for immediate posting.
  • Remaining proofs in color corrected JPEG files (not retouch or otherwise mastered)
  • Upon request we will produce additional master files priced at $50 per image.

Discounts are available for groups where it is possible to schedule contiguous sittings for several different individuals who are, for example, from the same company and will do their portraits on the same calendar day.

Styling and makeup are optional (but recommended for women), priced separately and paid directly to the artist.
